A "container" is whatever you pay for at once: one vial, one pen, or one month's supply. For a pen, mg per container is the total drug in the pen, not the dose per click.

Comparison

Enter a price, the total mg in the container, and your weekly dose for at least one option. No prices are pre-filled; use your own quotes.

For dated brand and program prices with sources, see the FormBlends GLP-1 cost report.

Formulashown in full, nothing hidden
cost per mg = price per container / mg per container
cost per dose = cost per mg x weekly dose (mg)
mg per month = weekly dose x 4.3333 (52 weeks / 12 months)
containers per month = mg per month / mg per container (rounded up in whole-container mode)
monthly cost = containers per month x price per container
annual cost = monthly cost x 12

Whole-container mode reflects what you actually pay when a container cannot be bought in fractions and any remainder expires before use. Exact mode is the fair per-mg comparison.

Assumptions, checked September 4, 2026

  • A month is 52/12 = 4.333 weeks. Quoting 4 weeks per month understates annual cost by about 7.7 percent.
  • No prices are built in. Enter the amounts from your own quotes, including any consultation, shipping or membership fees you want to spread across the month.
  • Waste from priming, draw-up loss and expired remainders is not modelled in exact mode. Whole-container mode captures expired remainders only.
  • Titration changes the weekly dose and therefore the monthly cost; run the tool per step if you want a month-by-month figure.
  • Compounded products are not FDA approved and are priced by the pharmacy, not by a list price.
